Brownie Adventure Day - Saturday 26th May - Can you help?

We are URGENTLYlooking for people to help with the following activities:

• Road crossings/marshalls
• Outdoor cooking activity (involves buying materials and doing a simple cooking activity on a wood fire)
• Registrations (involves welcoming groups and handing out information packs)
• Puzzle cube team building (involves timing the teams and keeping a score board)
• Car parking (from 8.30am - 10.30am and from 3.30pm - 5.00pm)
  
  The day is based at Forest Camp Scout Camp (not far from Pettypool) and staff will need to be available from 9am until 5pm.
