Chester Grovesnor News
Grosvenor covers half of the city of Chester, and villages to the south and east. Sitting on the River Dee, Chester is the capital town of the county of Cheshire and is an historic Roman fort, founded in the first century AD. There are currently 464 Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Seniors and Leaders.
