Mid News
Mid covers Northwich and its surrounding villages. It is an area steeped in history for salt mining during the 17th and 18th century. The Anderton boat lift was built in 1875 and is one of the greatest monuments to Britain’s last canal age and is known as the ‘cathedral of canals’. There are currently 817 Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Seniors and Leaders.
