Runcorn News

North West is the borough of Halton, primarily the town of Runcorn. Until the industrial revolution, Runcorn was a health resort, until a port began to develop on the south bank of the River Mersey. Except for chemicals, the old industry has now disappeared. There are currently 473 Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Seniors and Leaders.
