DESCRIPTION:We are holding a Going Away With training session on Saturday 21 March\, 9:30am – 2:45pm \nThe day will provide the opportunity to understand the Going Away With Scheme and to learn about the fantastic opportunities that can be gained through guiding in a residential setting. \nThe training is for qualified leaders wishing to undertake their Going Away With Qualification to take their unit on a residential\, or leaders already qualified who would like a refresher. Participants booked on have been emailed.\nYoung Leader Residential is here! \n\nSat 21st March 10.00am to Sun 22nd March 2:00pm 2026\nVenue: Pettypool Activity Centre\, Pool Lane\, CW8 2DR\nCost: £55\n\nThe event is open to Young Leaders across Cheshire Forest county and neighbouring counties\, whether or not you are registered on the YLDP. \n\nThis event is a sleepover with opportunities to meet other young leaders\, gain training in 1st Response and A Safe Space for 14-17 year olds\, and share some fun ideas to take back to your units.\nIf you are from a county not listed but want to attend\, please email us at events@cheshireforest.org.uk for more information.\n\nA deposit of £30 is required at the time of booking\, with the remaining £25 due by 1 March 2026.\nOnce payment has been received\, the space will be reserved.\n\nThe deadline for Booking is 1st March 2026.
