Event Planning Meetings May and June
Event Organisation
Our events team is looking for volunteers to get involved in the planning / running of the events in our county.
There is an event planning meeting at Pettypool Lookout on 14th May 7:15-9.00 to plan for:
- Forest fusion on 11th October – a day of activities for leaders / young leaders.
- A Guide / Ranger event weekend of November 22/23.
The next planning meeting after that is at Pettypool Lookout on 30th June 7:15-9.00 – this is to plan the Christmas event at Pettypool which is the first weekend in December.
In accordance with Girlguiding recommendations, please bring a slip of paper to hand in on arrival, with your Girlguiding membership number and emergency contact details on it, which will be destroyed after the meeting. It would help the meeting organiser greatly to know in advance if you’re planning to attend, therefore please could you register your interest on the relevant booking form:
