Trefoil Guild New Unit Grant
The Trefoil Guild New Unit Grant is a grant of up to £40 available from the Trefoil Guild for all new Units and Units that are re-opening after a break of 12 months.
Starting a New Unit Grant
The Starting a New Unit Grant of up to £500 is available for all new Units or Units that are re-opening after a break of 12 months.
Leslie Sell Charitable Trust
he Leslie Sell Charitable Trust was set up in May 1969 by the late Leslie Sell to provide financial assistance to the Scouting and Guiding movement.
Marshall Trust Fund Grant
This grant is available from Region and can be used towards the cost of purchasing uniform for any section/member.
Residential Outdoor Bursary
In October 2007 Girlguiding North West England assisted Girlguiding Trading Services with selling merchandise at the Big Gig in Manchester. As a result we received £12,000 being a share of the profit. Subsequently, the Executive Committee decided that the money should be used to support adults in achieving residential and outdoor qualifications that would ultimately benefit our youth members.
Funding for members with disabilities
Units may apply for funding on behalf of a girl, young woman or a Leader with a disability.
Senior Section Bursary
This grant is available for all Region Senior Section Members. It will assist with travel to any Region training and events.
