Are you ready for an international adventure?Would you like to travel and explore with other members of Girlguiding Cheshire Forest and make new friends?
Girlguiding Cheshire Forest has exciting opportunities for young people (aged 11 – 18 years old in Summer 2027) to take part in the County trip and region trips. Region trip locations are Tanzania, Malta, Asia Pacific, Poland. County Trip location is currently being finalised but will be in Europe.
There are two types of trips; County or Region. Region trips will be ICE (International Community Experience) in Gibraltar for Guides aged 10-14, and the Main Trips for those 14-18. At present we have one county trip for those 14-18, we are looking at a younger aged trip, depending on numbers and applicants. Those applying for ICE and unsuccessful or applied for the main trips and unsuccessful are encouraged to come back and try again in future years.
The overnight will be full of fun activities that promote team building and camp skills. Indoor Accommodation is provided, but daytime will be outdoors.A selection event will be held on Saturday, 31 January 2026 to 1 February at Pettypool.
